United Methodist History will come alive...and we mean it!!  John Wesley will be here Friday evening to welcome confirmands and their adult mentors as they arrive and lead our first session.

9:00pm   Session One: HISTORY  Rev Paul White will be John Wesley and share our roots first person.

10:00pm  Intro to Spiritual Disciplines: Personal Devotions

10:45pm  Campfire with S’mores

11:30pm  Lights Out


Saturday

9:45am    Spiritual Discipline: Service

11:00am Session Two: HISTORY PART TWO, THE AMERICAS

Noon        Free Time

1:00pm    Lunch

2:00pm    Session Three: WHAT DO UNITED METHODIST BELIEVE?

3:30pm    Session Four: THE SACRAMENTS

5:00pm    Spiritual Discipline: Study

6:30pm    Dinner

7:30pm    Session Five: THE CONNECTION, experienced playing a life-sized Jenga game. 

8:45pm    Spiritual Discipline: Prayer

10:00pm  Evening Activity

10:15am  Session Six: WORSHIP (Participants will give input into the design of this service including, music, scripture, etc.  If your group would like to contribute talents to the worship service, email us after you register for the event.)

Noon        Pack and Clean-up

12:30        Box lunches will be made available to eat at camp, or while on the road heading home.

  2. A.   We group the adults into rooms based on gender, and the youth into other rooms based on gender                            

        and age. 


  1. Q.Who leads the sessions?

  2. A.   Sessions are lead by local United Methodist Pastors and the Camp Director


  1. Q.How much is the event?

  2. A.   $89 per youth and $79 per adult mentor.


  1. Q.Do we have to send adults?

  2. R.    You are required to provide an adult who is the same gender as your youth.  So, if you bring a

          coed group, you need at least one male and one female adult.


  1. Q.Do adults participate?

A.    Oh yeah!!!
